Butternut Squash Chips

2 large Butternut Squash

1 pinch Sea Salt to taste

1 tbsp Olive Oil


1. Slice squash into 1/4 inch round slices and in a bowl toss butternut squash slices in olive oil

2. Then sprinkle sea salt and toss again

3. Place slices on your Paraflexx lined dehydrator tray

4. Dry at 145 degrees F for 2 hours

5. Reduce temperature to 115 degrees F and dry for an additional 8-10 hours
