Cinnamon Walnut Crunch

Dehydrate Time

5 hrs


2 cups Walnuts, soaked overnight

3 tbsp Maple Syrup

pinch Sea Salt

1 tbsp Chia Seeds, ground

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

3 Bananas

3 Dates, pitted and chopped

1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tbsp shredded, dried Coconut

pinch ground Nutmeg


1. Rinse and drain walnuts

2. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredient

3. Pour mixture over walnuts and mix well

4. Spread mixture onto Excalibur Paraflexx lined dehydrator trays

5. Then sprinkle with nutmeg

6. Dehydrate at 110 degrees F for 4 hours

7. Flip cinnamon walnut crunch and continue to dry for 8 hours or until dry and crunchy

8. Cut into small squares and store in an airtight container
