1 bag Lemons, Limes or Oranges


1. Zest your chosen citrus fruit leaving the white part of the pith

2. Evenly spread the zest over a Paraflexx® lined Excalibur® dehydrator tray

3. Dehydrate for 2 hours at 130 degrees F

4. Break up any clumps of zest and stir the zest to ensure even drying

5. Dehydrate for another 1-2 hours at 130 degrees F

6. Store in an air tight container in a dark place for up to 1 year
