10 pounds Chicken Breast


1. Place the chicken breast in a brine or oil-free marinade for 24-48 hours

2. Pressure cook the chicken breasts for 8-12 minutes until done

3. Let cool and cut the chicken breasts into thin, small slices against the grain

4. Place slices on your Excalibur Dehydrator tray and dry at 125 degrees F for 8-12 hours or until dry

5. Store in an airtight container
