Kale Chips with Cinnamon

1 bunch Kale

1/2 cup Water

1/2 tbsp Cinnamon

1/2 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds

1/8 cup Sugar


1. Place dry ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding water slowly

2. Wash kale and dry well. Cut leaves into pieces (removing stem) and place in a large bowl

3. Pour cinnamon mixture over kale

4. Mix with rubber spatula until evenly coated

5. Place kales on Excalibur® dehydrating trays

6. Dehydrate at 135 degrees F for 2-4 hours until crispy
