Maple Cinnamon Pumpkin Seeds

3/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds

2 tsp Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 tsp Salt

1 dash Nutmeg


1. Rinse seeds thoroughly.

2. Place in a bowl and fill with enough water to cover the seeds completely.

3. Soak overnight.

4. Drain and towel-dry seeds.

5. Place seeds in a mixing bowl and stir in maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg. Mix until seeds are completely coated.

6. Spread seeds on an Excalibur Dehydrator tray that is lined with a ParaFlexx Drying Sheet.

7. Dry for 20-24 hours at 150° F in your Excalibur Dehydrator.
