2 cups dried Pineapple pieces

1 cup dried Papaya

1 cup dried Kiwi fruit

1 cup dried Coconut flakes

2 cups Orange juice

A splash Orange Liqueur (optional)

1 cup dried Mango pieces

1 cup dried Banana slices

2 cups dried Strawberries

2 tbsp fresh grated Ginger

1 squeeze Lemon


1. Dehydarte fruits at 135 degrees F for 12 hours or until desired texture

2. Combine and toss together all ingredients

3. Combine together orange juice, squeezed lemon juice, and orange liqueur (if desired)

4. Pour this juice mixture over dried fruits and toss gently

5. Serve as a moist fruit cocktail or as an appetizer or dessert
