Ingredients

2 kinds Nuts - Brazilian, Pine, Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Dates (this is fruit but can be used), Sunflowers, Macadamia

Desired Amount Honey

Desired Amount Amaranth (optional)

Directions

1. Mix the two kinds of nuts - should be chopped (one nut with dates if using dates) with honey - enough to keep mixture together

2. Stir in puffed amaranth if you like

3. Spread mixture onto paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays

4. Cut into bars

5. Dehydrate at 125 degrees F for 12-24 hours
