Pumpkin Granola

3 cups gluten-free Oats

3/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/4 cup Coconut Oil, liquid state

1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/4 cup Organic Pumpkin Puree

1/2 cup Golden Raisins

1/2 cup Walnut pieces

1/4 cup Flax Seeds

1/3 cup Maple Syrup

2 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 cup Raisins


1. In a large bowl mix together your oats, walnuts, flax, pumpkin seeds and spices. Stir.

2. In a smaller bowl, combine your maple syrup, coconut oil & pumpkin puree

3. Whisk together until it is well combined

4. Pour your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and stir until your oats mixture is completely coated

5. Spread evenly on Paraflexx® lined Excalibur Dehydrator tray

6. Dry at 115º F for about 24 hours or until light brown and crisp

7. Stir in the raisins to your finished granola. Store in an air tight container
