Raw Sweet Bread

1/2 cup Psyllium Husk (ground)

1 cup Dates (soft)

2/3 cup Raisins

1 large Apple (peeled, cored, roughly chopped)

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 tbsp Flax Meal (ground)

1/2 cup Pecans

1 medium Orange (peeled)

1 tsp Orange Zest (outer orange peel)

1/8 tsp Sea Salt


1. Add all ingredients to your food processor except raisins, psyllium husk and flaxseed meal

2. Process very well. Then add raisins and process again until raisins are well distributed throughout mixture

3. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add psyllium husk and flaxseed meal. Stir well

4. Next form into two small loaves

5. Dehydrate in your Excalibur® dehydrator for one hour on high and then reduce to 110 degrees F and dry for a additional 4-5 hours
