Ingredients

1 pound Lean Meat

3 tbsp Brown Sugar

1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Dry Mustard

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/3 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except meat in a shallow dish or bowl

2. Stir well

3. Cut meat into 1/4 inch thick pieces

4. Place meat in marinade making sure meat is covered

5. Cover and refrigerate overnight

6. Place meat on an Excalibur Paraflexx lined dehydrator tray

7. Dehydrate at 155 degree F for 6 hours until dry
